Mr. Huszka is a Vice President with Otten Consulting Group and oversees the Plan Review division of the firm. In this capacity, Mr. Huszka has been directly responsible for providing plan review approval for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Texas Accessibility Standards for over two thousand projects ranging from small retail outlets to the $400 million Reliant Stadium NFL venue. Mr. Huszka is also the lead accessibility consultant for Houston Independent School District's Rebuild 2002, a $678 million bond renovation program with significant emphasis on bringing more than 60 campuses up to ADA and Texas accessibility laws.

Mr. Huszka has over 15 years of experience with public, institutional, commercial and Federal projects. Mr. Huszka is an ICBO certified Accessibilty Plans Examiner and Building Inspector. He is certified as a Registered Accessibility Specialist with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and has presented seminars and AIA accredited CE classes for Federal and State accessibility compliance to construction companies, property management, property owners, and architectural and engineering firms.
